LtCol Armando Gonzalez is a well-accomplished military professional. For many years, he has proactively managed simultaneous logistics support enterprises on opposite sides of the world, establishing effective global communications/ coordination measures & successfully sustained dual site operations. He also adapted to the unit’s expanded mission to provide additional security details for deployed forces implementing the training, organizational adjustments & policies/ procedures to adapt to the new task.

LtCol Armando Gonzalez
has been recognized on several occasions for his efforts in the operational field. Some of these recognitions include the Colombian Marines Service Medal for support to Colombian Marine Forces and a Meritorious Service Medal for service in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. From 07/11 to 07/13, Armando Gonzalez received the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his role as USMC Rep to Colombia. From 08/05 to 02/07, he also received a Meritorious Service Medal for his service as an Assistant Logistics Officer in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
LtCol Armando Gonzalez is a transitioning military officer with more than twenty-eight years of experience. In 1997, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University, Orange, CA. After that, he continued his study by pursuing his Masters of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, San Diego CA. He has expertise in diverse areas including:

He most recently served as a Staff Officer for the United States Marine Corps. While performing this role, he provided executive level staff support to the Commander, overseeing Installation Logistics functions covering supply, facilities, transportation etc. Prior to this, he served as Commanding Officer of Marine Wing Support Squadron 371, Yuma, AZ from 06/14 to 04/2016.   As commanding officer, he provided a broad spectrum of life support, general logistics, equipment maintenance, transportation, construction and engineering services to support domestic and foreign areas operating services.

Armando Gonzalez also served as European Region Desk Officer at headquarters US Marine Corps, Washington DC. There, he helped develop and coordinated Marine Corps service level policy & strategic communications with European Command partner nations.

From 06/11 to 06/2013, Armando Gonzalez served as USMC Representative to Colombia, Bogota, Colombia. He functioned as a Principal advisor to the Colombian Navy and Marine Corps Service Chiefs covering functional areas including: plans, policies, operations, doctrine, training, equipment, logistics, and communications.
